Shop Online
You can shop for most council merchandise and all GSUSA merchandise by visiting the GSWW online store here.

Shop by mail, phone or email
You can shop in person at either of the Girl Scout Store locations, or you can shop by phone, email, or mail. Orders will be mailed directly to you within three working days of receiving your request.
Please include your nine digit zip code with every order!

Contact one of the stores with your order:
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard.  GSWW Cookie Dough cards are accepted in store or via phone/email (not online orders). No COD orders will be accepted. Please make all checks payable to Girl Scouts of Western Washington. If you charge your order to Visa or MasterCard, it will ship immediately. If paying by check, we will ship your order as soon as we receive your check in the store.

Sales Tax, Shipping and Handling
The State of Washington has implemented a destination-based sales tax program which affects the sales tax that Girl Scouts of Western Washington charges on all mail order sales. We are now required to charge the sales tax of the destination where a package is being mailed.
Shipping costs
  • $4.95 for orders under $19.99 
  • $7.45 for orders $20.00-$49.99
  • $9.95 for orders $50.00 - $99.99
  • $11.95 for orders $100.00 - $149.99
  • $13.95​ for orders $150.00 and up
Shipping and handling charges are added to your subtotal and tax is figured on the total amount including shipping and handling.​
Traveling Store
A traveling store will visit some of the major Girl Scout events that are held throughout the year. If the traveling store will be at an upcoming Girl Scout event, it will bring any orders that are placed 24 hours ahead of the event to save you shipping and handling charges.​

Return and Exchange Policy
This policy applies at both Girl Scout Store locations.
  • Final Sale: merchandise includes all clearance items and seasonal fun patches.
  • Damaged/Defective: merchandise to be replaced with same item or similar item (in the event of an out of stock).
  • Returns With Receipt: merchandise must be returned in sealed, original packaging, must include all tags and be in sellable condition. Refunds issued back via original form of payment.
  • Returns Without Receipt: merchandise must be returned in sealed, original packaging, must include all tags and be in sellable condition. Refunds issued back via a Girl Scouts of Western Washington gift card.
  • Financial Assistance: all financial assistance merchandise may only be exchanged. Merchandise must be in sealed, original packaging and must include all tags.  Exchange options include different size for same item, different Journey book for unused Journey book, different Skill Builder for unopened Skill Builder and troop numbers. Unused financial assistance merchandise may be returned to the stores to be credited back to general financial assistance fund.
