We offer spaces for Girl Scouts and volunteers to use for troop meetings and activities, as well as a variety of borrowable equipment. These resources are available at no cost to members!

Donations
Physical Donations: Equipment and Historical Items
We often get questions about how to donate equipment or Girl Scout memorabilia. Please reach out to us to coordinate any physical donations using our contact form.
Please note: We reserve the right to decline any donation based on our space available, current needs, and/or condition of the item. If you have any additional questions, please elaborate in the contact us form.
Physical donations may be dropped off at any of our offices by coordinating with our office supervisors. Please reach out to us via the contact form. We do have multiples of some items and limited storage space.
You can make an appointment with the office supervisor to go through items during drop off. If you are ok with us redistributing or disposing of your donated items at our discretion, you can mail them to the Seattle office.
Monetary Donations

Equipment Depot
We offer a variety of equipment for volunteers to borrow. Please see the list below for types of equipment!
While we offer pickup at any of our offices, equipment is stored in various locations, so please plan ahead and submit your request as early as possible. Use our equipment request form to begin the process. Your reservation, pick-up date, and location are not guaranteed until confirmed by an office supervisor.
Please note: Retail staff do not have access to this equipment and cannot facilitate the reservation process.
