Welcome to Our Partner Portal

Girl Scouts of Western Washington is proud to partner with many community organizations to provide opportunities for our members. Does your programming meet the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and fall into one of our focus areas: STEAM, Outdoor, Life Skills, Entrepreneurship, or College and Career Readiness? We’d be thrilled to partner with you!

Beginning with the 2026–2027 membership year, organizations can choose from three annual Community Partner Plans based on the level of partnership and promotional visibility that best fits their needs:

Foundational | $50 annually

For organizations seeking a foundational partnership with Girl Scouts of Western Washington.

Elevated | $250 annually

For organizations seeking additional promotional visibility for multiple Girl Scout programs throughout the year.

Premier | $500 annually

For organizations offering recurring Girl Scout programming and seeking year-round promotional visibility.

Become an Approved Girl Scouts of Western Washington Partner!

Step 1: Submit Your Partner Agreement toggle arrow

Carefully read our Partner Agreement. Sign and send the form to partners@girlscoutsww.org. If you plan on hosting events, please attach your organization's Certificate of Insurance.

Step 2: Select Your Community Partner Plan toggle arrow

After you've submitted the Partner Agreement and have been approved, you'll be eligible to select the Community Partner Plan that best fits your organization and submit the corresponding annual fee. Plan selection and payment information will be provided upon approval.

Step 3: Complete Criminal Background Check toggle arrow

After you purchase and select your Community Partner package, you will receive an email from Sterling Volunteers with a link to a secure web form where you will complete your criminal background check (CBC). All partnering organizations are required to complete this CBC for anyone who may be present during their program.

Step 4: Submit Your Programs toggle arrow

Send us your upcoming programs through the Partner Event Submission Form, located in the Partner Resources portal. We will add them to our calendar and promote them to our members through social media and email. Promotional opportunities vary by Community Partner Plan; please review your selected plan for available benefits.

Step 5: Reach Out to Your Program Participants toggle arrow

After each of your programs, please send all participants the follow-up email provided in Partner Resources. This follow-up email includes a survey link so Girl Scouts of Western Washington can track the number of partner program participants. You will be sent a password to access this folder after purchasing an annual partner package.

When you become our official partner, your organization will be listed on our website as an Approved Partner. We will include a brief description of your program offerings and contact information so volunteers can reach out directly with questions or program requests.
