Andrea Anderson is a passionate advocate for women, girls*, and young people, with a deep commitment to social justice and community empowerment. She is a graduate of Seattle’s prestigious Leadership Tomorrow program, where she honed her leadership skills and expanded her network of impact-driven professionals.
Throughout her career, Andrea has been actively involved in organizations dedicated to advancing gender equity and supporting historically marginalized communities. She has contributed to initiatives with Girls on the Run, Planned Parenthood, and the Washington Women’s Foundation, among others. Andrea has also played a key role with The IF Project, the Junior League, and The Coalition to End Gender-Based Violence, working to create meaningful change and improve the lives of those facing social and systemic challenges.
Andrea's work reflects a lifelong commitment to improving access to opportunities for women and girls*, fostering resilience in communities, and advocating for a safer and more inclusive society.
Since 2006, Rochelle (Shelley) Whelan has been an owner and board member at Overall Management Company (OMC), a multigenerational family office that invests in businesses and real estate across the Pacific Northwest. Prior to her work at OMC, Shelley spent nearly 10 years with Intel Corporation in a broad range of senior marketing roles.
Shelley joined the board of Girl Scouts of Western Washington in 2019 and became the board chair in 2024. She is a lifetime Girl Scout member and has been a troop leader for Service Unit 430 for 16 years. Shelley was previously a board member with the Alliance of Angels (2012–2020) and an advisory board member with the University of Washington Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship (2014–2020).
A lifelong tennis player, Shelley was an NCAA DIII women’s tennis singles and doubles champion and will be inducted into the Intercollegiate Tennis Association hall of fame in 2024. Shelley received her BA from Pomona College and her MBA from the University of Washington.
