Learn to make a short (and we mean super short) film, completely in stop motion! You'll be guided through every step of the process-from coming up with the idea to uploading the final product-so you can tell your story in under 30 seconds. What's the most important thing you need to bring? A creative brain and a good attitude! Need some inspiration? Check out this video!

When you register, you'll receive an email with a link to access this program on YouTube and resources to help you with your project. Follow the step-by-step video tutorials to create your stop-motion film. Once complete, send it to Natalie Monahan, nmonahan@girlscoutsww.org. When we have your film, we will send you the new Digital Storytelling patch with the Stop Motion bar, along with a link to your film that you can share with friends and family.
This program is made possible by a generous gift from Warner Brothers Discovery.

Please note: This is the same curriculum as the previous Stop Motion Animation patch programs.

Cost: $5 per Girl Scout

Price includes the Digital Storytelling patch, Stop Motion bar patch, and postage.
Registration is required to access this program and the corresponding patches. Patches will be sent at the end of the month when you complete your stop-motion project.
