All rallies are private for membership, but they are all searchable within the Rallyhood ecosystem. Only members of a rally have access to see the content within the rally, unless you are an admin of a hub where the rally has been nested (in which case admins do retain some oversight of nested rallies). Example: The service unit manager who is an admin of a service unit hub has some oversight to the troop rallies nested within their service unit hub, even though they are not technically a member of the troop. No one outside of our Girl Scout ecosystem who has not been approved to join our hub and rally spaces will be able to access that content though.
