Key2Prepaid Cards Purchase Minimum
Key2Prepaid Cookie Dough Rewards cards/accounts need to have at least one transaction processed every two years to avoid the account being reported as dormant, resulting in funds being issued to the state as unclaimed property. Any use of Cookie Dough funds will keep your account active.
If your Girl Scout is saving for a larger expense (such as travel) and does not wish to use their Cookie Dough in any other way at this time, a $1.00 refundable transaction can be processed through our online Cookie Dough Transaction form. This form will process $1.00 from your Girl Scout's Key2Prepaid Cookie Dough rewards account, which will keep it active, and the $1.00 will be refunded within 4–6 weeks.
