2025 at Camp River Ranch. Choose from our various workshops to build
and grow your skills and prepare for adventures with your troop!
Fall Experience offers a variety of workshops to help you build
your skills and grow as a volunteer.
New this year: For
Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors: PA Palooza and Aim High, Paddle
Ready. For adults, there is a Blended Outdoor Overnight and Lifeguard:
Waterfront Module!
Participants will choose ONE
(1) full weekend workshop (overnight stay included) option
OR up to two (2) one-day workshop options for the weekend.
If participating in a day workshop on Saturday you may also
choose to stay overnight.
NOTE: Please double-check the date and time of the workshop(s)
you plan on attending before completing your registration. We will
not be responsible for incomplete registrations. All workshop
space is limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Girl Scouts of Western Washington events are open to
girls and gender-expansive youth.
We aspire to offer
programs where all Girl Scout youth and volunteers are able to show up
as their most comfortable and authentic selves. Please use the Special
Circumstances boxduring registration to share anything we should know
so we can do our best to meet your needs when possible.
Cost: $5-$115 per participant
Cost varies
by workshop. The event price includes a patch, and each workshop has
its price that includes meals, supplies, and certification costs (if applicable).
Financial Assistance is available for members of Girl Scouts
of Western Washington until 08/08/2025.To qualify for the
Financial Assistance Program, you must submit the annual2024-2025
Financial Assistance Application form to be elgibile.For more

Drop Off:This is a drop-off event. Adults are
encouraged to register for and participate in a Fall Experience
workshop. A recruitment of volunteers will be present to support the
youth programming during this event. If you are interested in
volunteering at this event, you can reach out to LearningDept@girlscoutsww.org for more information
and availability.

GSWW follows current Washington StateCOVID guidelines, which may be subject to
change. For Third-Party Events, GSWW program partners are required to
comply as well.
Cancellations must be received by the
published registration deadline to be eligible for a refund. Any
cancellations received after the published registration deadline are
