Join us for Certification Weekend at Camp Lyle McLeod! This weekend
allows you to participate in one or two learning workshops that focus
on specific skills to support the Girl Scout camping experience
through Service Unit weekend camps, troop campouts, or Volunteer-Led
Summer Camps. OUTDOOR OVERNIGHT workshop is the only workshop that
qualifies you to take Girl Scouts on overnight camp experiences.
New this year: You can choose up to two
one-day workshops to complete 2 trainings in one weekend and stay
overnight at Camp Lyle McLeod on Saturday night (space is limited;
first come, first served). Also being offered for the first
time is the Waterfront Skills Lifeguarding Module which is an add-on
to a Lifeguard Certification that allows you to lifeguard at the lakes
on GSWW Properties (NOTE: An American Red Cross Lifeguard
Certification is required to take this course).
Participants will choose ONE (1) full weekend
workshop (overnight stay included) option OR up to
two (2) one-day workshop options for the weekend. If
participating in two one-day workshops you may also choose to stay
overnight.
NOTE: Please double-check the date and time of the workshop
you plan on attending before completing your registration.

Girl Scouts of Western Washington Learning Conferences
aspire to offer workshops where all Girl Scout Volunteers are able to
show up as their most comfortable and authentic selves. Please use the
Special Circumstances box during registration to share anything we
should know so we can do our best to meet your needs when possible.
(Ex. Power needed for medical devices, relevant non-food allergies,
mobility considerations, etc.).
Cost:
$15 per Participant + additional charges per workshop
Financial Assistance is available for members of
Girl Scouts of Western Washington until 05/05/2025.To
qualify for the Financial Assistance Program, you must submit the
annual 2024-2025 Financial Assistance Application form. Out of council
members should inquire about Financial Assistance through their home

GSWW follows current Washington StateCOVID guidelines, which may be subject to
change. For Third-Party Events, GSWW program partners are required to
comply as well.
Cancellations must be received by the
published registration deadline to be eligible for a refund. Any
cancellations received after the published registration deadline are
