Welcome, Girl Scouts! Join us at the AquaSox for a fun-filled
night, including a family-friendly baseball movie and the chance to
pitch a tent and sleepover on the field!
Invite your family and Friends. Wear your uniform and join the
Girl Scouts sleepover (optional) hosted at the AquaSox since Covid! We
are excited to have everyone at the ballpark again! We will have a
family-friendly baseball movie played on the big screen. Families are
allowed to pitch a tent and stay in the outfield (please no
food/drinks other than water as we must keep the turf clean).
Cost: $12 per person + processing fee and tax
Financial Assistance is available for Girl
Scouts of Western Washington members until 7/25/2024. You
must submit the annual 2023-2024
Financial Assistance Application to qualify for the Financial
Assistance Program. Then, to apply for Financial Assistance for this
third-party partner program:
- Register with the vendor directly
- Submit an additional event grant through the FA Application form
- Email a copy of the payment receipt or invoice to FinancialAssistance@GirlScoutsWW.org.
Out of council members should inquire about FA through their home
council.
Drop Off: This is not a
drop-off event, so Girl Scouts need to be accompanied by a parent or
guardian. If attending with your troop, there must be a correct ratio
of Girl Scouts to adults. All adults must also register for the
event.

follows current Washington State COVID guidelines, which may be subject to
change. For Third-Party Events, GSWW program partners are required to
comply as well.
This program is provided by a third-party
partner. Each partner sets and enforces their own cancellation and
refund policy. This partner has provided GSWW with the following
policy: Tickets are non-refundable.
