The self-reflection tool includes questions on all four areas of program quality: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Girl Scout-Led, Learning by Doing, and Cooperative Learning.

Each of the 28 Spotlight modules on gsLearn is short and practical, only minutes in length, and highlights Spotlight strategies you can apply during a program with Girl Scouts.
Every question on the cl corresponds to a Spotlight module topic. Your self-reflection tool results generate a keycode that converts to module suggestions matching your areas for growth.
