Welcome, Girl Scouts! Join us at the AquaSox for a fun-filled
night, including a family-friendly baseball movie and the chance to
pitch a tent and sleepover on the field!
Invite your friends and family! We are excited to have
everyone at the ballpark again! We will have a family-friendly
baseball movie played on the big screen. Families are allowed to pitch
a tent and stay in the outfield (please no food/drinks other than
water as we must keep the turf clean).
Tickets are available for purchase until 7:05 PM on Friday, August
22nd!
For those who would like to purchase a patch as an
optional add-on, there is no minimum or maximum for those, just that
the additional cost is $5 per patch. Due to the turnaround time with
manufacturing and shipping, the deadline to purchase the patch
will be July 1st at midnight. Additional patches will be
ordered for those who missed the cutoff, however, extra patches will
be limited and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
For those who would like to stay for the optional sleepover (no
RSVP required), here are some important bullet points:
- Bathrooms will be unlocked and accessible throughout the entire night.
- Campers will meet down the first baseline. General Admission seats following the conclusion of the game for a quick meeting.
- While getting tents set up on the field, please no steaks on the turf, and no food/soda/alcohol on the field. Just water, please. For those that want to snack during the movie can do so in the stands.
- We will be playing a family-friendly baseball movie (TBD on selection), and the sleepover portion is optional.
- For those who purchased patches, they can be picked up at the Fan Information booth tonight, otherwise.
- We ask that those who are sleeping over that everyone vacate the field by 8 AM, as we will need to get the field ready for both team's workouts/batting practice.
We will be meeting on the first base GA bleacher seats following
the conclusion of the game for a quick 5-minute meeting to go over

Financial Assistance is not available for this event.
Drop Off: This is not a drop-off event,
so Girl Scouts need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If
attending with your troop, there must be a correct ratio of Girl
Scouts to adults. All adults must also register for the event.
Registration Deadline: 08/21/2025 or while
supplies last
GSWW follows current Washington State COVID guidelines, which may be subject to
change. For Third-Party Events, GSWW program partners are required to
comply as well.
