Through this exciting opportunity, girls will be advocates for the environment by developing an Environmental Take Action Project that makes an impact in the community and inspires others to act, creating change for the better. Girl Scouts will develop cultural awareness through the project by connecting and collaborating with a World Associate of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) member organization in another country who will also develop an environmental Take Action Project that positively impacts their community.
All team members who are selected to participate will earn the WAGGS Global Action Theme Badge and the Service to Girl Scouting Bar. Who Can Join the Global Green Team?

Where Does the Program Take Place?
Retreat locations will be determined by the geographic location of the team members.What is the Cost?
The program cost is $250. Program cost is all-inclusive and covers meals and program supplies at all day and overnight events, technology equipment, team T-Shirt, badges and awards, entrance fees and Environmental Summit supplies. Financial Assistance is available.
