Girl Scout Programs at the Woodland Park Zoo

2013 Spring & Summer Programs for Girl Scouts

WPZanimal.jpgGrab your gear and head to Woodland Park Zoo for a fun-filled after hours adventure. Enjoy a light dinner, themed activities, guided tours, and the opportunity to meet one of our smaller animal residents up close! Join us just for the evening, or stay the night!

As part of the Woodland Park Zoo (WPZ) Overnight and Evening Adventures programs, Girl Scouts may choose to participate in either the Stealthy Science: Research after Dark, or Living Wild! programs. Zoo Adventures for Girl Scouts are specific dates set aside for either Brownies or Junior Girl Scouts.

Stealthy Science: Research after Dark
Stealthy Science participants will have the opportunity to earn an exclusive Field Research patch from the zoo. Patches (badges) will be available at the zoo the night of your event.

Living Wild!
Living Wild! participants will tie, pitch, and problem solve through basic wilderness skills, sending Brownies and Juniors, on their way towards their Hiker and Camper badges.
