Girl Scout Luncheons
Every year, our community comes together at our Girl Scout Luncheons to help empower every girl—girls of every race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, ability, gender identity, religion, or geographic location—to make the world a better place. Together, we can support the next generation of go-getters, innovators, risk-takers, and leaders!
Thank you so much for attending our G.I.R.L. (Go-Getter, Innovator, Risk-Taker, Leader) Luncheon on May 22! With your help, we raised $232,679 to help build the next generation of women leaders, from business to government, from science to the arts.
We hope you were as inspired as we were by the powerful stories shared by our three women speakers, Adriane Brown, Barbara Ford Grant and Sarah Bird, and our girl speaker, Cora Lyon. Special thanks to our emcee, KOMO 4 Meteorologist and Girl Scout alumna, Shannon O’Donnell!
Thank you for your commitment and support of Girl Scouts of Western Washington, and to building girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place!
