Learn to plan and prepare quality meals for large group events while working effectively in a commercial kitchen. As you help prepare meals, you will be on your feet most of the weekend, with early wake-up calls and after-dinner prep work --- hard work, but very rewarding! This qualifies adults to use GSWW kitchen facilities. 

Cost: $50 per adult

*Financial Assistance is available for this event until 5/10/2020. To qualify for the Financial Assistance Program, you must submit the annual 2019-2020 Financial Assistance Application. No separate Event Grant request needs to be submitted to the Financial Assistance Department once you have qualified for the current membership year.

Prerequisites: Food Handler's Permit
