In times of stress or uncertainty, Girl Scouts can “Remain Calm? and use their skills to process feelings in a healthy way. Join fellow Daisies and Girl Scouts Staff as we earn a fun patch!

Regulating our emotions can be difficult no matter our age or circumstance! When things get tough, stressful, or scary, it is even more important to be able to name and control our emotions. This hands-on workshop will practice calming techniques, identifying emotions, and using empathy in times of conflict. You will be mailed a kit with all the supplies you need to follow along and build your own calming tools! Completing this workshop will earn your “Keep Calm, I’m a Girl Scout? Fun Patch (Patch sold separately online – free shipping from Council through 2020!).

More information and a unique Zoom link to access this event will be sent after the registration deadline.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE AS WE WILL BE MAILING ACTIVITY SUPPLIES.

Cost: $10 per Girl Scout (includes event supplies, patch sold separately)
