Gems and Geodes with Rock Solid Science in Everett

Join Rock Solid Science for a special day of earth science activities at the Girl Scouts Regional office in Everett.  Dig into earth science concepts, explore geologic specimens,  learn about the value of rocks and minerals in our daily lives, then crack open your very own geode! In this workshop Brownies and Juniors will get to practice making observations, collecting data, and think like a citizen scientist! Fee includes a bag of rocks, ID card, geode and geology patch. For more information visit www.rocksolidscience.com/girl-scouts.

Cost: $25(girl), free for adults.  Financial assistance available until 04/10/2020. To qualify for the Financial Assistance Program, you must submit the annual 2019-2020 Financial Assistance Application
Drop off: This is not a drop off event, so Girl Scouts need to be accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or troop leader. If attending with troop, there must be a correct ratio of Girl Scouts to adults. Observing/chaperoning adults do not need to register, unless planning to participate.
