Have your girls expressed an interest in backpacking and you have limited experience or have only backpacked with adults or family? We will review the paper work involved, equipment selection, food, safety, hiking techniques, great hikes for beginners, etc. Then you will actually go on a short backpack trip and stay overnight in a tent. This will include an uphill hike with a full pack and primitive camping at Lake Armstrong!

Learn outdoors; Sleep outdoors.
