The financial assistance process for volunteer-led summer camp is the same as it is for our other summer camps.
Financial Assistance camp grants are available to help with the cost of camp, up to $250 per year.
To apply for this grant, complete the annual Financial Assistance eligibility process on our Financial Assistance page. and register your camper for camp through our camp registration system CampMinder.
When you register, you will have to pay a $25 camp deposit which is not covered by Financial Assistance and must be paid at the time of registration. If your $250 Camp Grant is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and it will be applied to the camp session that you choose. Any remaining balance must be paid by May 19, 2020.
If your camper joined a waitlist, you must still complete the Financial Assistance application process to get pre-approved for Financial Assistance. You must submit your Financial Assistance application at least three weeks prior to the start of your camper’s waitlisted session so that we have time to process your request. If a spot becomes available for your camper, you will be contacted by someone on the camp registration team. You will need to let them know that you have been approved for Financial Assistance and would like your $250 grant applied towards the cost of your camp session.
