Megan Ferland has led Girl Scouts of Western Washington since 2012, and her experience with youth-focused non-profits runs deep.
Most recently, she has served as the CEO of Girl Scouts of Colorado,
the CEO of the Colorado Children’s Campaign (a non-partisan,
non-profit organization that uses research and policy to advocate for
the needs of children), the CEO of Texas CASA, Inc. (a statewide
non-profit agency that advocates for abused and neglected children in
the court system), and as the chief of the Texas Attorney General's
Juvenile Crime Intervention Division.
She and her husband, Greg, live in Bellevue with their three children.
S. Mae Fujita Numata
Mae owns and operates a consulting business, Numata Consulting PLLC, and she is a former Chief Financial Officer in the media industry for 11 years, and a former banker for 24 years. Mae is a Board Member of Columbia Bank and is a member of their Audit and Compensation committees. She is a member of the Washington Society of and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Washington CFO Roundtable and National Institute of Investor Relations. She graduated from the University of Washington and holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. She is also a graduate of the Executive Development Institute. Mae was a Girl Scout Leader, Treasurer and/or Cookie Manager for her daughter’s Mercer Island troop for over ten years.
