Imagine camping, hiking, and boating all summer while making a difference! We are looking for passionate individuals to work with girls and young women this summer. Everything we do is focused on helping girls grow strong, building a safe community, and having fun. Community is an intangible benefit of Girl Scout Camp, but it's the most important one!
Girl Scouts of Western Washington Summer Camps are offered on three diverse properties which provide unique outdoor opportunities for girls.
- Camp Robbinswold - Lilliwaup, WA. 80 minutes from Bremerton. Hood Canal, Sailing, Sea Kayaking, Wilderness Trips, Marine Biology.
- Camp St. Albans - Allyn, WA. 20 minutes from Bremerton. Viking Boats, Horses, Theater, Fresh Water Lake, Sleeping Hammocks.
Camp River Ranch - Carnation, WA. 40 minutes from Seattle.
Organic Garden, Horses, Lake, Climbing Wall, Covered Wagons.

|Assistant Camp Director ||$325-$400/week ||Min age 21. Assist with daily camp operations. Supervise and evaluate camp operations staff. Supervisory, administration, and camp experience required. Prefer 5 years driving and previous supervisory experience.|
|Program Director ||$315 -$385/week
||Min age 21. Supervise 5-7 Specialists and ensure programs are high quality. Occasional weekend work is required. Prefer 5 years driving and previous supervising experience.|
|Camp Business Manager ||$315-$330/week ||Min age 21. Answer phone calls and emails daily, organize camper paperwork, and assist in running the camp store. This position will also serve as a counselor and back up other positions as needed.|
|$245-$315/week ||Robbinswold & St. Albans Only. Min age 21. Oversee all aspects of the Leadership Program, working closely with teen campers.|
|$235-$275/week ||Min age 21. River Ranch Only. Supervise and support 17-year old Interns. Lead Intern Training. Youth leadership and five years driving experience preferred.|
|Leadership Counselor ||$225-$265/week ||Min age 21. Work with teens in Counselor or Wrangler In Training Programs, guiding their leadership skills. Experience in youth leadership preferred.|
|Trip Leader ||$235-$275/week
||Min age 21. Robbinswold Only. Accompany 8-10 campers on off-site outdoor adventures, manage trip-shed gear and finalize all trip logistics.|
|Waterfront Director ||$275-$315/week ||Min age 21. Supervise waterfront activities and Waterfront Lifeguards. Must be a strong swimmer in cold water. Training provided for qualified candidates. Prefer previous supervisor experience.|
|Waterfront Lifeguard ||$225-$265/week ||Ensure a safe environment for swimming and boating. Must be a strong swimmer in cold water. Training provided for qualified candidates.|
|Archery Specialist ||$225-$265/week
||River Ranch & St. Albans only. Teach archery technique and safety. Training provided for qualified applicants. Experience teaching or coaching youth preferred.|

Plan and lead Arts and Crafts projects with campers. Experience teaching or coaching youth and demonstrable proficiency in art preferred.
River Ranch Only. Teach beginning biking programs, perform routine maintenance on camp bikes, and manage all equipment for overnights.
Challenge Course Specialist

Min age 19. River Ranch Only. Facilitate low and high challenge course activities. Must be comfortable with heights. Experience leading team-building activities and belaying preferred. Training provided for qualified candidates
Climbing Wall Specialist

Min age 19. River Ranch Only. Manage safety hazards at the climbing wall and teach basic technique. Must be comfortable with heights. Experience climbing or belaying preferred. Training provided for qualified applicants.
River Ranch Only. Lead drama and theater games and activities. Experience teaching or coaching youth theater programs preferred.
River Ranch Only. Manage the camp garden and lead age-appropriate garden related activities.
|Media Specialist||$225-265/week ||River Ranch & St Albans Only. Take pictures, mange social networking and write the camp newsletter. Experience with photography and media design preferred.|
|Nature Specialist||$225-265/week||Plan and lead Nature activities with campers. Experience teaching or coaching youth and knowledge of Western WA fauna and flora preferred.|
Outdoor Survival Specialist
Robbinswold Only. Maintain equipment in the trip room and manage all aspects of overnight expeditions.
Min age 21. River Ranch & St Albans only. Ensure safe, educational, age-appropriate riding activities and appropriate care of horses. Previous supervisory and teaching experience preferred.
River Ranch & St Albans Only. Lead riding and ground lessons, trail rides and care for horses. Experience feeding, grooming, conditioning, and tacking required; prefer experience teaching lessons.
|Min age 21. River Ranch Only. Unit Coordinators supervise staff and assist with staff training, evaluations, and camp closing activities. Occasional weekend duties. Prefer 5 years driving and previous supervising experience.|
|Min age 21. Robbinswold & St Albans only. Supervise, support, and work with 2-4 Unit Counselors and a group of 12 to 24 campers. Camping, leadership, and youth experience desired.|
|Lead 10-16 campers through their week. Work with a variety of age groups and participate in all camp activities. Min age 18.|
Child Transportation Program Leader
|$225-265/week||River Ranch Only. Ride the bus to/from camp daily M-F, supervising campers and interacting with parents. Midday meal & break provided. Housing is not provided for this position; must have reliable transportation to/from the first bus stop.|

|Min age 21. Manage the health of all campers and staff, respond to emergencies, and administer medications. RN or advanced First Aid certification preferred.|
Health Supervisor Assistant
|Min age 21. Deliver medications to campers and staff, respond to emergencies, and other duties as assigned. Must have five years driving experience.|
|$450-650/week||Manage food service operations, plan and prepare meals. Supervise kitchen staff. Experience in quantity cooking, kitchen management and supervision required.|

|Assist in managing food service operations and meal preparation. Take primary responsibility for special diets, vegetarian meals and packouts. Knowledge and experience in quantity cooking preferred.|
Assist in kitchen with meal prep and serving. Wash dishes and enjoy camp on your off time.
