Destinations

Girl Scout Destinations are the ultimate adventure for individual girls ages 11 and older! With different trips every year, there's something amazing for everyone. Pack your bags full of life-changing epxeriences and make friends from all over the country as you travel with Girl Scouts from different states. Volunteer-Led Girl Scout Trips

Looking for more travel options? Volunteer-led trips are geared towards individual girls and girls wanting to travel outside of their own troop. Planning for these trips is girl-led, so girls can help design their dream travel experience.

Soar 2020! Do you want to SOAR? Join 2,500 Girl Scouts and Girl Guides from around the world for the Spirit of Adventure Rendezvous 2020. Held in Sooke (Southern Vancouver Island), British Columbia, Canada, this is a week-long 'back to the basics' outdoor camping adventure! This program is full of challenge and adventure, tent camping, and patrol cooking. Learn more about Soar 2020.

  • Open to girls born in 2002-2009 and adults 23+. Registration requires patrols of 8 girls and 2 adults. GIrls and Adults apply individually and the Travel Support Team (TST) will form patrols based on age and geographic location within our council. IF you have a troop with 8 girls and 2 adults (or 4 girls for older girl troops) please contact questions@gswwtravel.org for information on applying as a patrol.
  • Applications are due August 2, 2019. 
  • Apply using the following: Girl Application, Girl Reference Form, Adult Application, Adult Reference Form.

Germany 2020! How would you like to experience life and culture in Germany? Get a chance to meet Girl Guides in Germany and plan an itinerary for scenic and historical sites in Germany by being a part of the Germany 2020 travel group.

  • This trip is for Cadettes - Ambassadors and will take place in the summer of 2020.
  • Applications are due in April 2019.
