 Explore a Program

Everything is more fun and interesting when you’re sharing it with others! Our programs let you explore your interests in a way that fits your schedule. From robotics to leadership, there are lots of options. Our council-led Girl Scout programs include:

Do you like to build things? Do you like new challenges? Are you a girl age 9 to 14? Join an all- girl team to build a robot and compete in the FIRST LEGO League! This program runs between August and January each year.

Investigate fossils, play with slime, learn about the power of electricity and so much more with our diverse and interactive science workshops! Girls from grades K-8 can earn a patch and have a great time with science. Learn more here.
Power Up.jpg Power Up Bully Prevention Program
Bullying is a major issue facing girls today. The Power Up Program encourages the 85% of the population who are bystanders to bullying (rather than targets or bullies) to recognize the strength in those numbers and use it to intervene when they see something wrong!

Building on communication and leadership skills girls have developed in the Girl Scout Cookie Entrepreneur Officer (CEO) Program, this exciting new program offers Girl Scouts the opportunity to use their skills in a different setting.
Last-Minute Leaders.jpg Last-Minute Leaders
Last-Minute Leaders isn't a traditional program opportunity, but it does offer girls the chance to flex their public speaking skills! When we receive last-minute requests for girls to represent our organization at a community event (whether it's a gala evening or a local TV show), we call on our Last-Minute Leaders.

Leaders come in all shapes and sizes! At Girl Scouts, you have lots of opportunities to hone your skills through our Leadership and Highest Awards programs. Take action to change the world through your Bronze, Silver or Gold Award! Or help younger girls grow through our Teen Mentoring Award opportunities—including our Program Aide and Counselor-in-Training programs!
