Free Online Orientation (40- 60 min)
If you are considering pursuing the Girl Scout Gold Award, but would like more information, we offer a monthly (and optional) Gold Award online orientation. This is open to girls in grade 8 and above, parents, troop leaders, troop advisors and project advisors. Technical requirements include an internet connection and a telephone or VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol).
This orientation will include:
In-Person Workshop (three hours) $10
If you are fully committed and have completed one prerequisite, then this workshop is for you. You will learn how to:
- Develop and plan your proposed project
- Write an effective and thorough proposal
- Design and manage your Gold Award Take Action Project
- Engage the community

Volunteer! Do you want to empower girls? Help girls in your area learn the Take Action process and inspire them to Go Gold.
