As individually registered members or as part of troops or groups, girls have the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun and challenging activities that empower them to discover, connect, and take action on issues that concern them.

Arts, Culture & Travel
Dive into arts, culture & travel  with Girl Scouts! Explore your creative side with dance, music, drama, painting, drawing, and pottery. Year-round travel opportunities such as destinations enable girls ages 14 to 17 to learn about other cultures by participating in activities such as dog sledding in Michigan, attending Parliament in London, and producing videos in Hollywood.

Community Service
Girl Scouts change the world while learning the value of helping others. Diverse projects include cleaning local waterways, collecting winter coats for those in need, and an annual spring food drive.

Health & Fitness
Through age-appropriate activities, girls expand their awareness of physical and mental health, feeling good about themselves, staying safe, and taking care of themselves.

Land Adventures
Archery, outdoor skills, horse-back riding, camping competitions, climbing, geo caching, and more!

Science
Hands-on workshops in aviation, astronomy, physics, biology, chemistry, technology and more serve as springboards to greater learning about life.

Teens Lead
Working in partnership with adults, teen Girl Scouts gain skills to make a difference in the lives of younger girls. Teens also have the opportunity to pursue Girl Scout Gold and Silver Awards. These highest achievements in Girl Scouting recognize outstanding accomplishments in leadership, service, career planning, and personal development. Those earning their Girl Scout Gold Award are eligible for scholarships at over 100 colleges and universities.

Water Adventures
Girls learn to value and be responsible custodians of our natural resources through conservation, outdoor skills development, and volunteer service.
