Camp Oh Ah Lay Lay

Way Out West in the Northwest

at Tacoma/Puyallup area



Event Status: Open
Who: Girl Scouts in 1st – 6th grade, Program Aides in grades 7 and up, and adult volunteers

Way Out West in the Northwest: (K-8th) Come out to Camp Oh Ah Lay Lay, located between Puyallup & Parkland, make memories & friendships that will last a lifetime.  We will be experiencing the great outdoors as the Pioneers did & Cowgirls do.  Of course we will still make time for camp favorites.  There will be lots of games, singing, crafts, letterboxing, outdoor skills, & cooking.  Overnight campout on Thursday!  

Want to improve your leadership skills? Become a Program Aide at camp! ($60)  You will be attend the Girl Scout Program Aide workshop and have the opportunity to work next to experienced PA’s as you sharpen your skills.  Must be entering 7th Grade in the fall.

Cost:

Girl Scout Campers - $100.00 - early bird special $85.00 if registered and paid by June 15!
Program Aides - $30.00
Program Aides in Training - $60.00

Our camp cannot happen without our wonderful adult volunteers!  As a service to our adult volunteers, we provide a camp program for volunteers’ sons and preschool-aged children.

Children of Volunteers:

Girl Scout Campers -  $25.00
Boys - $25.00
Preschoolers - $25.00

If you are not a currently registered Girl Scout, include an additional $12.00 for membership through Sept 30, 2010.

How to Register

To register for Camp Oh Ah Lay Lay, download the Community Day Camp Registration form and complete both sides.

If you are interested in volunteering, download and complete the Volunteer Interest form, and return it with the registration form.
