Offices for Rent!
The Program Center currently has a three offices (approximately 125, 175 and 180 sq. ft.) available for rent to non-profit organizations. There is plenty of parking in a quiet, nicely landscaped single-story building, with shared bathrooms, data/technology room and available meeting rooms with wireless internet. Technology wiring for computers and phone service is newly set up – hubs/PBX and monthly fees would be the tenant’s cost.
Location: just north of downtown Bremerton on Highway 303 (1600 NE Winters Road).
Rates: $305-$1000 per month. Includes utilities, recycling and garbage.
