Position Title: Regional Office Coordinator
Location: Bellevue
Pay: $12.25/hr (37.5 hours per week) with excellent health and leave benefits
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Reports To: Regional Director, East King County
Position Summary: Provide service center administrative and support services to prospective and current girl and adult members, community members and staff.
Essential Functions:
| 25% | Intake, processing, tracking and reporting of girl and adult placement requests including communication with prospective members, processing and routing paperwork, criminal background checks, database entry and management, and communication with volunteers. |
| 20% | Ensure the courteous and efficient reception and referral of incoming calls and visitors with a customer service approach. |
| 15% | Support regional girl and volunteer recruitment and retention efforts, including participation in staff meetings, coordinating school flyer duplication, assembling new leader packets, supplying recruitment kits, and tracking reports from service units and troops. 10% Troubleshoot volunteer needs, questions, and issues by providing accurate information about programs and procedures and referral to appropriate staff and outside resources when needed. |
| 10% | Maintain volunteer personnel files for designated geographic area. 10% Maintain optimal service center operations by ensuring ample shelf supplies of printed materials, forms and office supplies, providing references to websites for commonly asked questions, and maintaining office equipment. |

Manage lending system for the resource library, audio-visual material and programs equipment including check-out system, maintenance of equipment and requesting return of over due materials. Reserve, checkout and replenish all program equipment. 3% Handle reservations for use of meeting room (s), include the preparation and clean-up of meetings and events at service center. |
| 2% | Maintain petty cash including paying out of monies, receipting expenses, reporting expenses and tracking budget expenditures. Assist with annual budget proposals, as requested. |
